GR-NET Investment & Trust Limited was registered with Corporate Affairs Commission in November 2015. and commenced same month. We are a non-bank micro finance institution, a member of the Association of Non-bank Micro Finance institution of Nigeria (ANMFIN).

The company is focusing on consumer micro lending to provide direct loan and asset based consumer financing for the Nigerian growing middle class, Artisan, trade men and women with proven track business records, in an efficient manner and a touch of professionalism combined with quick turnaround to meeting desirable customer needs and satisfaction.

Our choice target market is premised on the need to ease access to smaller loans which hitherto has been difficult to obtain by this category of customers due to commercial banks delay, and stringent documentations, regulatory bottlenecks and collateralization beyond the reach of ordinary common man.

To this end, we provide immediate solution to meet our customers need through direct credit for school fees, books, medical, visa processing and ticket procurement, house rent, small business owners, buy and selling, groceries shops, and hosts of other consumer needs. .

We also finance assets acquisition like household items, building materials, vehicle repairs, and other pressing needs which has been in growing demand by the middle working class, individuals and private businesses. The primary criteria is the customers’ capacity to pay back the loan (principal plus interest) as at when due.

To ensure that our customer get the best of service and value they paid for, the company has signed on ANMFIN cloud IT technology for both our front and back end operations respectively. This will provide that customer information are accurately tracked, record and documents preserved. It also ensure confidentiality of customer information.

  • Adesina Ogunyinka

    MD/CEO

    He is an astute, well-rounded Financial Manager with over 20 years’ experience in Financial Control, Retail Banking, Performance Management, Business Process Development, Operations management, key partners in Systems Development and Integration, Strategy formulation and Planning. He possesses excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to perform superbly in start-up projects and critical assignments. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye. His first degree was in Accounting from Onabanjo Olabisi University, He is an associate member of the Chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria-(ACIBN) 2002, and Fellow member Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, 2013 He worked with various banks in Nigeria among which include: City Express Bank Plc, United Bank of Africa, First Inland Bank Plc and FCMB Group. He joined Credit Direct Ltd (CDL) in 2007 and rose to the position of Chief Financial Officer (2007-2014) and Head-Business Operation Management in 2014 where he has oversight responsibilities over three key units viz: Operations and E-Channels, Human Resources and Administration and Risk Management and Recovery; to ensuring organizational effectiveness and working in tandem with other management team. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and procedures. Among the numerous training he had are; Senior Management Program at Pan Atlantic University (LBS)- November 2013 –APRIL SMP51, Collection and Recovery Strategies in Micro Finance organization 2011- Lafferty, Senior management Development program-Oct 2010- Employee Energy. Re-orientation on privatization and commercialization (Prospects and Problems), Credit analysis course with emphasis on credit process and risk management.

  • Olutunji Oladimeji

    Director

    Olutunji Oladimeji is attending the Jack Welch Management Institute JWMI. He holds master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Lagos. He has over fifteen years of work experience in Banking, financial advisory Consulting, product/business development & Process-automation and re-engineering in Nigeria. Some of his project had been in partnership with the Public Sector blue ocean transformation synergies. He was the immediate past COO of Fast Credit Nigerian- a CBN licensed consumer micro lending business with offices in many part of Nigeria. He had been in charge of Business Improvement and Human Capital Management of Credit Direct Limited, a Member of FCMB. He is well travelled and trained within and outside Nigeria. He is a member of the Process Reengineering Initiative, the American Society for Quality (ASQ). He brings a wealth of experience to our board.

    Director

    She has her first working experience at Academic Press between 1988-1992, as Secretary, and later moved to Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) in 1992- till date. She has worked in various department of the organization amongst are: Administration, Establishment, Insurance and Surveillance, Finance as well as audit department.

    He is highly skilled professional with deep knowledge of Applied Geophysics, Petroleum Economics, and Gas Engineering. Proven ability to optimize field development plans by analysing well tests and pressure data using simulation models. .
